If you didn't see the pictures of Beyonce from the 2012 Met Gala Ball - I am sharing it with you. Beyonce wore a stunning Givenchy gown that was constructed out of lace, mesh and purple and black feathering. She is such a fly diva and always looks so gorgeous to me. She definitely lives up to her lyrics - "Smart enough to make these millions/strong enough to bear the children/then get back to business."

Beyonce and Jay Z just gave birth to a brand new baby girl named Blue Ivy. Beyonce looks great, doesn't she? When a reporter asked her about the gym - she said to the reporter, she had no secrets, just hard work and dedication!

B is definitely out here handling her business. She shows you that even though she has a brand new daughter at home, her work continues, her career continues as well as her life. She's one of the many women who are wearing so many different hats in life and wearing them well! We love you Beyonce, Jay Z and Blue Ivy!
